The HERONet Initiative is not a typical superteam, rather its primary purpose is
to help coordinate operations between PRIMUS and independently operating superhumans,
and provide material assistance to them. However sometimes there is a void that
needs filling and some or all of the HERONet regulars will rise up to fill the void,
working as a team. There have also been a few times when a major threat was looming
that PRIMUS proper has tasked Showdown with assembling response teams from among
superhumans participating in the program, effectively relying on it to be a talent
pool for special needs as they arise.

The superheroes provided below (aside from Showdown) are only a handful of the members
of the HERONet community, but either they go above and beyond and act as representatives
/ mouth pieces, or have an unusually close or special relationship with the program
(Mr. Goodspeed, Ascension) or Showdown himself (Spiker). They can effectively be
thought of as the face and core elements of the HERONet Initiative.

Showdown heads up the initiative and for all intents and purposes is the personification
of HERONet. It's his baby, and if he were to be removed from the equation PRIMUS
might even just cancel the entire enterprise (though as it becomes more succesful
this becomes less likely). A world-class hand to hand fighter and elite athelete,
Showdown is also well equipped with a variety of PRIMUS R&D gadgets. 675 points

Spiker is Showdown's go-to gal, his trusty right hand and the one who keeps all
the details straight so he can concentrate on the big picture. The two are rarely
found far apart for long and are in near-constat communication. A well trained super-agent
with a mutant ability to generate a field that disrupts the neural activity of others,
Spiker is deceptively dangerous. 515 points.

Mr. Goodspeed Master Page
|
A wrench-monkey with genius-level mechanical engineering and invention skills, Mr.
Goodspeed makes and pilots super-tech vehicles and power suits. He is also very
useful as a consultant for the building of super bases and super vehicles and is
sometimes tasked to help participating HERONet Initiative teams in this regard.
His service to the Initiative is part of a plea bargain arrangement (more or less
community service so to speak) for some past transgressions and thus he's not officially
an actual member, but as he's practically a full-time employee its a mere technicality.
His vehicles and power suits are quite powerful. 425 points.

A general purpose super-athelete and fighter, The Mod has a long history of working
with PRIMUS. A few years ago he was captured and mindcontrolled to fight in the
Arena, but was freed by Major Savage and Silver Avenger Sanchez when they rumbled
the Arena operations in Millennium City. After undergoing therapy and counseling,
The Mod accepted an offer from Showdown to be a representative of the HERONet initiative
in the American south. 500 points.

This happy-go-lucky crimefighter from Las Vegas has impressive control over electricity,
and is able to fly around while hurling bolts of lighting at wrong-doers. Young
and cool, Showdown often allows Amp to act as his proxy for dealings with younger
hipper supergroups. 425 points.

A very powerful super strong and super tough brick with unusual magnetic capabilities,
this "living metal man" is a mainstay of the Initiative and is so often tapped by
Showdown he is effectively the teams main brick. 525 points.

A new join from Boston, what this mouthy and irrepressible superhero lacks in experience
and power he makes up for with sheer enthusiasm and moxy. A very capable martial
artist and athelete with the ability to split into three identical and equally capable
forms, Trinity has proven to be surprisingly capable. 400 points.

Though subjectively only 11 years old, this extremely powerful mutant is chronologically
over 40 years old, but ages very slowly. Though trapped in the throes of a decades-spanning
puberty, Ascension is possesed of an innate ability to manipulate pure cosmic energy
on a large scale. His potential power level is unknown but believed to be extreme.
In the meantime, PRIMUS has assigned him to Showdown's mentorship, making for an
uncomfortable situation for all invovled. 450 points.

This unassuming hero from New Mexico has no overt powers...until he is attacked.
Capable of absorbing and metabolising virtually any kind of energy including kinetic
(blunt force energy), and using the energy to accelerate his physical and mental
abilities, Capacitar can grow to be nigh unstoppable if attacked repeatedly. At
full boost he is a human engine of destruction, capable of taking on the most powerful
of superhumanly augmented opponents in hand to hand combat. 515 points.
