Uraska

The All Seeing Eye Sees All: Because I am a priest of Nethys the All Seeing Eye, my powers of observation are divinely enhanced; I may use Divine instead of Focused to notice or perceive things, and I can sense things that require mystical awareness to detect.

What The Left Hand Spurns The Right Hand Succors: Because I am a priest of Nethys the All Seeing Eye, he of light and darkness, magic and destruction, I gain +2 while Carefully Divine when I create advantage or overcome with divinitory and protective magics.

What The Right Hand Giveth The Left Hand Taketh Away: Because I am a priest of Nethys the All Seeing Eye, he of light and darkness, magic and destruction, I gain +2 while Forcefully Divine when I attack with destructive magics.

Balance Point Vortex: Because I am a priest of Nethys the All Seeing Eye, he of Sublime Balance, once per scene while I am Carefully Divine I may attempt to overcome a Fantastic (+6) difficulty to call forth a twisting swirling white-and-black Balance Point Vortex that bends the nature of reality within my zone and all adjacent zones (the emanation is quite large). See the Balance Point Vortex profile for details. I and all other Priests of Nethys are immune to the effects of Balance Point Vortices

Divinely Mystical Vortex, Terrifying Yet Beautiful

Hits: [1][1][1][1][1][1]

The Balance Point Vortex remains for the duration of the scene but can be directly attacked and 'destroyed'.

While the Balance Point Vortex is in effect, those in the affected area cannot add Approach bonuses to their 4dF action rolls.

The Balance Point Vortex can be damaged by any stress-causing effect (even harsh insulting words and unkind thoughts), but anyone inflicting stress on the Balance Point Vortex also suffers 1 stress. Whenever someone in the affected area rolls 0000 (all blanks), the Balance Point Vortex clears all of its stress boxes.

Uraska has accumulated considerable wealth in his many years of daring adventures, and as his priesthood has no rules against the keeping of material goods he has no compunctions about being wealthy. In addition to plenty of coinage, he also has a small bag with about twenty pebble-sized amethysts worth approximately 100 gp each.

Uraska wears robes that are literally princely, carries a spindly looking but deceptively punishing quarterstaff, and some trail kit.
