Angus is a tall, pale skinned red head with a perfect, statuesque physique. He does not maintain a secret id or wear a costume; he typically wears all black shirts, jeans, and combat boots, with dark mirror shades. You do not want to break his shades. Seriously.
Angus isn't really a criminal per se, he's just thuggish and overly endowed with testosterone. Uninterested in getting a normal job, and not of a self-sacrificing bent he's got few options left aside from supervillainy. Or at least that's how he sees it.

His primary motivation in life is to be physically dominant. Alpha Male syndrome to the max. Other than that he's pretty one dimensional and predictable.
"I going to totally own you! Bring it!"
Fracas's mutation takes the form of a perfect physical form. He has superhuman strength, speed, agility, durability, and resilience, an efficient metabolism, rapid healing, and heigtened alertness. His physical advantages coupled with interest and experience make him an extremely effective scrapper and a dangerous opponent for more extreme "bricks", dedicated "martial artists", melee-focused "weapon masters", or anyone else who gets too close to him that he decides to beat on.

A literal red headed step child, Angus had an unhappy early homelife growing up in rural Iowa with an abusive step father and step brother, and a dim, timid, mother. But the big consolation prize was that as he grew into puberty, he hit a growth spurt and ended up a towering 6' 11" physical phenom with seemingly endless physical eliteness. He was faster, stronger, tougher, and more alert than literally anyone in the county and perhaps the state. He quickly put his step father and brother in their places, and became the quintessentail mean spirited jock at school, dominating every sport they had a team for and lording over the students as the undisputed king of the campus. Brutalized in his youth, he had developed a love for fighting and physically dominating others and got in a lot of scraps. His natural speed and quickness made him very effective in this role.

After high school he was being scouted for many colleges to play the sport of his choice, but the University of Michigan had him take a standard supers test that identified him as a mutant, and therefore ineligible for competitive sports. Once the word got around the scholarship offers evaporated and Angus was left high and dry, but he was soon approached by a shady individual calling himself Mr. Jonas who represented a "sporting promotion" business that backs superhuman fighters in underground pit fights; they were interested in Angus as a potential add to their stable of fighters. The money sounded good and Iowa wasn't getting any more interesting, so Angus jumped at the chance.

And he did very well for himself in the Arena; where he fought under the name of "Fracas". The first year was hard on his ego as he had a lot to learn from more seasoned hands, and the promoters made him work his way up the rankings by carefully choosing his fights, but he managed to maintain a perfect fight record, with only one draw "by way of disruption" (the fight had to be stopped to evade detection by the authorities), and he won the rematch on that one which counted as a "wipe".

Finally he was ready to go to the "big show", ie to fight top tier contenders. Fracas took to it with gusto, drubbing the lower ranked fighters in his early matches. The promoters built him up as an undefeatable phenom primed to take the title, and after months of maneuvering he got a shot at the then #2 fighter...a victory would guarantee a shot at the title. Fracas was a heavy favorite, coming in to the fight undefeated and full of energy while the #2 had lost three bids for the title and had been desperately defending his ranking for months. Angus was primed to get in and pound his way to title contention, but Mr. Jonas visited him in the locker room before the fight and gave him a directive...throw the fight so the promoters could reap the benefit of secret bets they had placed at heavy odds against Fracas.

The idea of throwing the fight was something beyond Angus's ability to even contemplate, so he got in the ring and defiantly won by Knocke Out in a fast 30 seconds. He won the match, but he was finished as a fighter. Infuriated at the money they had lost on the bogus bets, the promoters got rid of Fracas in the easiest way possible. They set him up in a bogus fight against a mid ranked fighter on the way out "for the prize money and practice" and staged the fight in Atlanta. They then just tipped off PRIMUS that the fight was occuring, and suckers that the Feds are, they obligingly raided it. However things didn't go as planned; for starters the ever alert Angus caught wise to what was going down when several of the key promoters bailed a couple of minutes before the raid hit. Not as dumb as people think he is, he deduced the way the wind was blowing, and managed to evade capture in the ensuing confusion. However PRIMUS knew his identity now, the Arena was closed to him, and he figured it would be wise to relocate.

Initially he went to Vegas with hopes of getting into one of several smaller time fight circuits that cluster around the city of Sin and Vice, but he was either too good for them or else blacklisted due to hidden connections to the Arena promoters. With his money starting to run out, he ended up having to get work as a superpowered thug, doing odd jobs for cash. He likely would have continued down this road if one of his employers on a cake job hadn't taken an interest in him and hired him on full time as part of a new group of superpowered industrial saboteurs...a supervillain team in other words...the Violators!
