The house ruled content we use in our Necromunda (2017) games is compiled here for our own use. Other people who play with house rules might find something interesting amidst it as well.

We use the game mechanics themselves more or less as written but with minor tweaks here and there. However, we have found that the credit costs for fighters and weapons, and the balancing of skills, weapon traits, tactics cards, gang lists, scenario write ups, and so on to be spotty and inconsistent. Thus we rebased all the content across the board with a focus on overall consistency, balance, and fair play. Finally, there are many places where we've added new stuff, often derived from the long history of Necromunda and 40k in general. We use it, in its entirety, as a total replacement for the official content.

To be clear, it is not intended to mix and match this content (gang lists, gear, skills, etc) with the official content. For instance, it is not an intended use case for someone to just take, say, the Ratskins gang list with the intent to play a Ratskin gang in a campaign that is otherwise using official out-of-the-book gang lists.

Similarly, this is not intended as an online reference for people using the official content. For instance if a player in a standard game of by-the-book Necromunda were to google the Toxin trait to figure out how to adjudicate an outcome during a battle and followed a link to the Toxin trait as we use it in our games, they would get a different outcome than if they used the version in the official rules.
