Pamela has, due to necessity, had to focus on magical arts with a "practical" application. Most of her abilities revolve around engaging in powered conflict with tools of the state. She has a number of mystical blast options, the ability to fly around, and creditable defenses. She is also tougher than she looks physically, driven by her determination to keep fighting the good fight.

ORIGIN
Raised by a family of so-called witches, practitioners of "White Magic", Pamela was taught the family arts in secret along with her twin sister Bethany. However while Pamela was a good and loyal daughter, dedicated to carrying on the family tradition of helping others and using her gifts to secretly ease the troubles of those under the thumb of the oppressive Hegemony of Vinland, Bethany was ambitious and power hungry.

When the sisters were 16 years old Bethany betrayed her family and sold them out to ZED in return for acceptance into the North-Central regional defense squad, known as the Conquerors. Pamela's parents were slain resisting capture, but managed to gate Pamela away to a safe haven run by the Red Circle of Luna, an ancient secret fellowship of craftworkers.

Pamela lived in various safe havens for several more years, completing her mystical training at the feet of several different craftworkers before setting out to help others in jeopardy from the Hegemony's heavy hand as a semi-independant agent of the Ring. She has made a practice of helping fugitives escape from justice, both powered and non-powered. However, for the safetly of all concerned she is kept unaware of where those she helps rescue are sent.

She sometimes works with other powered freedom fighters, but hard experience has taught her to be very careful about who she trusts.
