Ismet is a cold, inscrutable, mercilous killer with ice for blood and a stone for a heart. He doesn't care about anyone other than himself, and seemingly has no humanity or softening influences.

He is only motivated by the drive to gain ever more power, influence, and financial security. His most core personality trait is an obsessive determination to never again be reduced to poverty. This urge towards financial success can lead Ismet to take risks for a big payoff, but he always does so with his usual stone-faced cold-eyed aplomb.

Ismet is an extremely skilled and highly accurate pistoleer. However, unlike many other shooters that have gunslinger attitudes, posturing, or quirks Ismet is pure zen, and makes it all look effortless. Though he is quite quick and has amazing hand eye coordination, it is belied by his smooth execution and economy of movement.

This zen like mastery also allows Ismet to avoid many attacks with a graceful ease (Not A Scratch), and he seldom misses even when a target is themselves very dodgy (Unavoidable Aim). He is also able to draw and fire so quickly that a target can't even move before he gets a shot off (Zen Covering).

 Ismet Killer Shrike 
ORIGIN
Ismet came up on the back streets of Singapore, scrambling just for enough food to stay alive at first, but showing a rare quickness and agility that served him well. When he was a little older he joined the Jaded Egrets gang and proved himself to be one of the most ruthless razor boys in the extended organization. His willingness to kill anyone to better his own position, and the uncanny skill with pistols that allowed him to do so saw him rise to the top quickly.

However, he became part of a faction manuevering for an internal coup which ultimately failed, and Ismet was forced to flee Asia a few steps ahead of the killers after the price placed on his head along with the other members of the failed coup. Ismet ended up in PacFed, where he started taking jobs as a Runner to keep his pockets lined. The same skills that made him a success in Singapore serve him well as a Runner, and he has earned a well derved rep as a very dangerous shooter.

He is virtually assured to get a contract when he's in the mood as Fixers love his no nonsense attitude and proven track record and are happy to pay top dollar knowing its creds well spent, but few other Runners that have worked with him are in a hurry to repeat the experience. Even for hardened veteran Runners Ismet is a cold, scary bastard.
