CeeCee is extremely self centered and individualistic. She has no real hobbies or interests of note, and lacks much in the way of personality. Her only real trait is a certain aloof and plodding ambition to better her situation in life. She doesn't think in terms of it, but subconsciously she would like to eventually be more successful than either her father or brother. To that end CeeCee focuses her efforts on becoming better at her job, with the goal of being the best she can be at it.

Deep down CeeCee craves approval and recognition, and is somewhat vulnerable to flattery.

CeeCee is a well-trained Sniper with a Corporate Sec Forces background, and has a powerful high-end laser sniper rifle and scope. If she is able to get set up in a good position, she is frighteningly dangerous.

Additionally, CeeCee is a genetically enhanced Tuber with exceptional reflexes, and is much more resilient than her physique would suggest including an immunity to Poisons and Disease and a capacity for rapid cellular regrowth. She is also bright and has various innate mental abilities including Eidetic Memory, improved spatial-temporal awareness, and an ability to assimilate information quickly.

In addition to her natural advantages and sniper skills, CeeCee also has a stolen Military grade Assault Air-cycle that is very dangerous.
Tuber Shooter

Born in 2011 in the Burbank sector of SanSan to the family of a mid level Shiba executive of Chinese descent. Her parents went heavily into debt to pay for the best genetic augmentation money could buy for CeeCee. However despite the promises of genedocs the child was female, much to her parents bitter dismay!

Eugenics was still a young science back then and things like that happened from time to time, which the fine print of the contract made quite clear the genedocs were not legally responsible for. No refunds, in other words.

Growing up young Cynthia Chow, CeeCee for short, never wanted for anything save her parents affections, which were never forthcoming. Particularly after they had saved up enough money to try again for a son five years later, which paid off in the form of a new genetically enhanced brother. After that, there was no hope for CeeCee to ever earn the love or approval that she desired as all attention was showered upon little Johnny Chow. CeeCee eventually hardened her heart and became increasingly self sufficient, learning from her parents that she could never count on anyone else to look out for her save herself.

Her parents did their duty and provided her with an adequate education, but not a good enough one for her to have many prospects in the business sector, so with few options CeeCee joined the Shiba Security Forces where her genetic enhancements alone were enough to keep her out of the rank and file. Demonstrating exceptional reflexes and accuracy, and a strong solitary personality, CeeCee was trained as a Sniper and was very good at her job. She served well for a few years, from 18 to 21, but became increasingly dissatisfied with her lack of career growth options.

Knowing that if she wanted something more for herself she would have to do something extreme, she abandoned her 10 year contract with Shiba, leaving her sheltered life in the Shiba Burbank enclave behind on the back of a stolen Strucker Luftjagr-450zl Assault Air Cycle. She also took her Gallo Avenging Eagle LRL5 Laser Sniper Rifle with her and after taking up residence in the SoCal region of SanSan she's turned about a dozen Runs over the last year.

She's made a small name for herself and shows good prospects of becoming a successful Runner except for a tendency to cut and run when a job goes bad. She's never violated a contract in doing so, doing at least the bare minimum she was contracted to do, but she hasn't won any friends among other Runners who would have appreciated a little over-and-above assistance. Her self-absorption prevents her from understanding the idea of reciprocity.

Having abandoned Shiba she has been disowned by her family of course, which she regards as no great loss, and theoretically is on some kind of a shit list with the Shiba Sec Forces, but thats a problem for another day. A loner by nature, she's quite satisfied with her current disconnected existance, but the time may come very soon when she will have to learn to trust someone and practice some teamwork if she wants to survive.
