Supernatural Hunter License: This perk indicates that a character has registered
with the applicable government offices and is recognized and authorized to hunt
supernatural creatures that have a bounty issued against them. However, Hunters
must still obey state and federal handgun, rifle, and ordinance laws.
|
NOTE: In most Here There Be Monsters campaigns, set in the United States
of America, this will be an FBI Consultant badge with a picture, a unique Consultant
ID, and a contact phone number that goes directly to Section M dispatch. Those with
Supernatural Awareness or equivalent can also see a unique glyph on the back that
glows blue when held by the legal bearer and red otherwise.

FBI Special Asset: This is an upgraded version of a Supernatural Hunter License
granted to certain Hunters or "special talents" in the US who have higher status and a closer relationship
with FBI's Section M. This level grants limited access to federal facilities in general and
Section M facilities in particular, and limited access to Section M resources. However, in
return, the Special Asset will be called upon to assist Section M at the FBI's discretion.
