Alchemical
Alchemical items are useful, pragmatic, generally affordable, and popular commodities amongst adventurers.
Alchemical Weapon, Faintly Magical (Conjuration)
Benefit: +3 while Carefully Focused to attack a target that I can detect and have a line of sight to within two (2) zones with a grenade like item that bursts on contact to douse the target in acid. If I succeed with style, I must reduce the stress to get a boost but the boost is upgraded to the situational Aspect Acid Burn! which is attached to the target. This Aspect is automatically invoked at the beginning of subsequent exchanges to inflict two (2) stress to the target per invoke. It is a Fair (+2) difficulty to remove this Aspect.

Alchemical Weapon, Faintly Magical (Evocation)
Benefit: +3 while Quickly Focused to attack a target that I can detect and have a line of sight to within two (2) zones with a grenade like item that bursts into flame on contact. If I succeed with style, I must reduce the stress to get a boost but the boost is upgraded to the situational Aspect On Fire with two (2) invokes, which is attached to the target. This Aspect is automatically invoked at the beginning of subsequent exchanges to inflict two (2) stress to the target per invoke. It is a Fair (+2) difficulty to remove this Aspect.

Alchemical Toolkit, Faintly Magical (Abjuration)
Benefit: +3 while Flashily Focused to overcome Invisibility Aspects (and similar effects) active in my zone or an adjacent zone. The dust immediately catalyzes
with a faintly sparkly display, disrupting most invisibility related effects. The
rolled result applies to all such Aspects active in the targeted zone, and any such
Aspects that are overcome are removed from play.

into the air in their own zone or an adjacent zone.
Alchemical Toolkit, Faintly Magical (Transmutation)
Benefit: +3 while Flashily Focused to overcome Water based Aspects (and similar effects) active in my zone or an adjacent zone. The dust immediately attempts to absorb all moisture in the area.
The rolled result applies to all such Aspects active in the targeted zone, and any such Aspects that are overcome are removed from play. Alternately this may be used as an attack against Water elementals.

Alchemical Tool, Faintly Magical (Evocation)
Benefit: An Everburning Torch has a command word that when uttered activates or deactivates it. While activated the Everburning Torch sheds enough light to brightly illuminate the zone it is currently in and all adjacent zones in each direction (unless obstructed). The difficulty to extinguish, turn off without the command word, or destroy an Everburning Torch is Fantastic (+6).

The user must be able to manipulate an Everburning Torch and speak its command word
to activate or deactivate it. However once activated an Everburning Torch will continue
to shine even if put down or handed off to another person to hold or carry.
Alchemical Weapon, Faintly Magical (Conjuration)
Benefit: +3 while Carefully Focused to attack a target zone within two (2) zones of me with a grenade like item. If I am successful the gas bomb shatters, releasing toxic fumes and applying the situational
Aspect Toxic Gas! to the zone with two free invokes. This Aspect is automatically invoked now and at the beginning of subsequent exchanges to
inflict two (2) stress per invoke to every target within the affected zone that needs to breathe. This Aspect can be removed by strong winds or focused air by overcoming a Good (+3) difficulty.

Block of Incense, Faintly Magical (Divine)
Benefit: This small rectangular block of sweet smelling incense is visually indistinguishable from nonmagical incense until lit.
If a divine spellcaster spends at least an hour meditating and praying while in the same zone as burning incense of meditation,
the situational Aspect Meditative Focus is
attached to them and lasts for a full day unless expended or removed.
While affected by this situational Aspect, the divine caster gains +1 shift to all 4dF rolls they make
while being Carefully Divine.

Alchemical Concoction, Faintly Magical (Healing)
Benefit: +3 while Carefully Focused to overcome vs a Superb (+5) difficulty.
If I am successful I remove all debilitating situational Aspects currently affecting
my health or normal functioning that have a difficulty to remove of Great (+4) or
less. This does not work on environmental Aspects, scene Aspects, or other situational
Aspects that affect me externally, it only works against situational Aspects that
affect me directly and personally such as poison, fatigue, some spells, curses,
and so forth. Additionally, if I am successful, I may also clear one of my stress boxes or a Mild
Consequence. To use this ability I must be able to access the elixir and drink its contents.

Alchemical Annoyance, Faintly Magical (Conjuration)
Benefit: +0 while Sneakily Roguish to create advantage against a Fair (+2) difficulty. Success allows me to add the situational Aspect Thick Smoke to any two adjacent zones within one (1) zone of my zone. Any form of stiff wind will disperse the smoke within an exchange or two, but in the meantime the smoke cloud provides Superb (+5) active opposition to seeing in or out of the affected area.

The user must be able to manipulate the smokestick to activate it; if anchoring
the smokestick on an adjacent zone the user must also be able to toss the smokestick
into the targeted zone.
Alchemical Toolkit, Faintly Magical (Transmutation)
Benefit: +2 while Quickly Focused to use create advantage to attach the situational Aspect Face Full Of Sneeze Dust to a target in my same zone. The dust seeks moisture and thus lodges into the target's eyes, mouth, nose, and throat causing them to cough and sneeze uncontrollably. The difficulty to overcome the situational Aspect is Great (+4) unless the target's head is doused in water in which case the Aspect is removed automatically. Targets that do not breathe or have very unusual anatomy are not affected by this effect.

directly into the face of a target that is in their own zone.
Alchemical Toolkit, Faintly Magical (Transmutation)
Benefit: +3 while Carefully Roguish to overcome mechanical or magical traps that have a triggering mechanism.
Each Trapbusting Kit contains enough raw materials to mix up an acid or a neutralizing agent or even
a small shaped explosive sufficient to counter different kinds of traps.

The user must have Roguish +1 or better to use this item, and must be able to use
the materials in the trapbusting kit to mix up a compound to suit the situation
and be able to apply it directly to the triggering mechanism of the trap.
Alchemical Toolkit, Faintly Magical (Divination)
Benefit: +3 while Carefully Roguish to notice hidden doors (and similar difficulties)
in my zone by releasing a magically condensed and slightly
glowing vapor that seeks out even the tiniest of cracks and seams
to seep and vent through thus revealing the edges of hidden doors and compartments.
