Dwyth

Dwyth is a hard-bitten Dwarven warrior who has been a soldier, a mercenary, a bounty hunter, and finally an adventurer. He's as tough, no-nonsense, and indomitable as they come.

Starting

This is Dwyth as a starting iconic character. A sturdy defense oriented fighter, able to turn a momentary success in battle into a lasting defensive edge, and to see a hard fight through to the bitter end.

a craggy, cantankerous, and un-generous Dwarf with a long military history both enlisted and as a mercenary, who now makes his living as a hunter of bounties and catcher of crooks.

Experienced

This is an example of what Dwyth might look like after his first major milestone, having completed a significant adventure arc.

a craggy, cantankerous, and un-generous Dwarf with a long military history both enlisted and as a mercenary, and several years of experience working as a Bounty Warden within Magnimar's extended expanses. However circumstances went sideways underneath him, and Dwyth found himself as a begormed 'adventurer'. He proved to be exceptionally good at it, more's the pity. Now Dwyth's intrinsic greed compels him to keep at it rather than return to his hardscrabble but steady life of chasing crooks for bounties.

This is an example of what Dwyth might look like after several major milestones; a powerful and seasoned adventurer.

a craggy, cantankerous, and un-generous Dwarf with a long military history both enlisted and as a mercenary, several years of experience working as a Bounty Warden within Magnimar's extended expanses, and several more years of hard adventuring. Dwyth has survived the crucible of spelunking caves, delving dungeons, and raiding lairs...if anything he just got tougher and meaner. Legitimately wealthy due to his carefully hoarded shares from past ventures, Dwyth could retire and live out the rest of his days quite comfortably...but he cannot turn down the prospect of still more loot waiting to be taken and seeks out likely big scores.
