Skulker: Because I am innately good at being sneaky, I may use Focused instead of Roguish or Primal when Sneakily attempting to avoid notice.

Hook: Thero Dail: Kazzar mugged him; Thero saw his face pretty clearly.

Hook: Sir Jasper Korvaski: Kazzar brazenly fought him on and off over the course of several distinct conflicts. Jasper not only got a very good look at Kazzar, but has reason to hold a grudge.

Hook: The Guardsmen of Sandpoint: Kazzar has brutally beaten up 18 of the town guardsmen, and taken the belt pouches from most of them. Most got a decent look at him...though at this point they would be wary to face him with a posse less than 5.
