Following are some concepts or aspects that require special
consideration in conjunction with this alternate arms and armaments
system.

MAGICAL WEAPONS
|
Magical Weapons do not use this System; they are designed as
Power Constructs in the normal fashion. Alternately, the base
damage appropriate to a category can be purchased, and if the
Real Weapon Limitation is applied the resulting "Magic
Weapon" gains the benefits of a similar normal Weapon defined
in the following system

PROFICIENCY
|
Weapon Proficiency is required as normal for each type of Weapon
using the Weapon Familiarity Skill. Armor Proficiency is required
as described in the Armaments
Guidelines document.

DEADLY BLOW
|
Deadly Blow is used in conjunction with this system. The House
Rules related to Deadly Blow suggested in the
Armaments Guidelines document are assumed to be in effect.

COMBAT LUCK
|
Combat Luck is used in conjunction with this system. The House
Rules related to Combat Luck suggested in the
Armaments Guidelines document are assumed to be in effect.
