Description

Note that with the Vancian Magic system, all effects include "contact with an Anti-Magic field with equal or greater Active Points" as part of the turn-off clause for their Charge. Thus, any Vancian spell of 99 AP or less will turn off automatically upon entering this Anti-Magic effect. Such spells also cannot be cast from within or into such a zone either.
