Diana Westerly was an unhappy, angry child, and showed every sign of growing into an unhappy, angry woman. Short, skinny, and unpopular, she was able to shine in one area of her life; sports. Despite her size, she was faster and stronger than a girl her age had any right to be. She got into weightlifting and bodybuilding, and built her first real friendships among the gym rats. Then, in her late teens, a friend hooked her up with some of Trainer Dan's "The Juice(tm)." Diana tried it, and responded strongly. Within a month she had added over thirty pounds of muscle, and her strength had passed the level of anything human.
She had also gone from being athletic looking to being freakishly muscled. The first time a school-mate teased her about it she broke his neck, an act of psychotic aggression that she has never felt any guilt about whatsoever. When the cops came after her she killed two, casually crippled her father, and left home.
An APB went out describing her and notifying PRIMUS and superheroes that she was at large, and later that week the Japanese-American heroine Himetsuona mind controlled Diana, frog-marching her into a local police station. Diana broke free, tracked Himetsuona down, attacked from suprise, and beat her to death, shattering every bone in the slight superheroine's body and jumping up and down on the remains.
Since then Diana has been on the run taking whatever she wants, learning how to survive on the streets, and leaving a long trail of bodies in her wake. She's had a succession of temporary alliances, worked for an array of employers, and commited a fair number of crimes under her own recognizance. However she's tired of wasting time on bush league stuff and would like to join a group or organization that will help her enter "the big leagues", as she thinks of the Superhuman World. She sees Enforcers Inc. as a chance to start a "real career" and has worked several contracts for them with her typical enthusiasm and gusto. Due to working several successful contracts she has earned preferential status with the firm, but her unstableness and tendency to inflict a lot of collateral damage prevents her from attaining the prestige and higher contract rates that comes with an exclusive status.
She took the name Dianabol as a joke and thinks its very clever; if you don't get it she has no compunctions about killing you over the slight. |
