I like the changes to the Bard base class in 2024, and particularly like where the Glamour and Valor subclasses ended up. However, I find Lore to be a bit flat as some of what made them stand out has been overshadowed by the base class.
Additionally, I think the College of Dance looks somewhat rough around the edges...a mish mash of some situationally strong and some iffy features...and I am not entirely certain how effective it would actually play out at the table. However, for now I'm waiting and seeing before making adjustments to Bards.
