A power bleed card, because Dominate and Presence didn't already have enough of that. Seriously though, this offers an interesting variant of the pretty basic Bleed at plus 2 formula found on many Dominate and Presence cards for vamps who have the normally more or less redundant pairing of both Disciplines.
